- Go Conveyancing will prepare the Form 2 and required prescribed certificates based on the information provided, but is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of my responses or conducting independent searches unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- I accept Go Conveyancing’s fixed professional fee of $770.00 (including GST) for the preparation of the Form 2 and prescribed certificates for a house or land sale. The fees mentioned here are in relation to the Seller Disclosure Statement (Form 2) only. In engaging Go Conveyancing as your Conveyancing Solicitor, standard fees and charges will apply.
- I authorise Go Conveyancing to order and rely on any necessary searches or certificates as part of preparing the disclosure materials.
- I understand that payment is required before the Form 2 is finalised and released for use in a contract of sale unless otherwise agreed to by Go Conveyancing.
- I authorise Go Conveyancing to supply the completed Form 2 to my nominated Real Estate Agent once signed by myself.
- This form does not constitute legal advice. If I am unsure about any of my responses or legal obligations, I will contact Go Conveyancing for legal advice before proceeding.
- I confirm that, should any information supplied become incorrect, or any notice/letter/documentation be sent to me regarding the Property that may affect or relate to the answers given, I will provide same to Go Conveyancing within 2 business days of receipt.
